''I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for our beautiful and incredibly tasty wedding cake and our card. You are hugely talented. The cake looked spectacular and all of our guests commented upon how beautiful it was. The design worked well with our day and the colour of the ribbon and sugar flowers matched the bridesmaids’ dresses and colour scheme perfectly. Plus, the chocolate cake tasted amazing. The cake was moist and the icing and chocolate cream were divine. We cut up the cake during our evening buffet and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Adam and I then took the rest home. We froze it and it tastes just as great when it defrosts as it did on the day.

I would highly recommend you. You are warm and friendly and you really listened to my ideas and incorporated them into your design. The quality of our wedding cake was first class and I received a truly excellent and efficient service from beginning to end. I could not have asked for more and I will always be very grateful to you for making such a wonderful cake for our special day.
